Al Grippo is a staff scientist at the Free Electron Laser Facility at Jefferson Laboratories in Newport News, VA. Previously, he was the corporate scientist for Analysis and Technology in Chesapeake, VA. His experience includes computer modeling and simulation and complex process control for military and physics research.
