Donald Wunsch II earned an M.S. in Applied Math and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington. He is the Mary K. Finley Missouri Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri, Rolla. He heads the Applied Computational Intelligence Laboratory and has a joint appointment in computer science. Previously, he taught at Texas Tech University and worked for Boeing, International Laser Systems, and Rockwell International. Donald has received the Halliburton award for excellence in teaching and research and a National Science Foundation CAREER Award.
