Richard Soja graduated from Aberdeen University, Scotland, in 1974, with a BS in Engineering Science. He is a senior principal staff engineer at Motorola, Austin, Texas, and has more than 17 years of experience designing, implementing, managing, and sup-porting hardware and software embedded control applications. Fixing flat tires and home PC network administration are currently interfering with mountain bike racing.
